At Onexa, we prioritize hygiene, comfort, and customer satisfaction. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we have a strict return and exchange policy for our underwear products.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear once the packaging has been opened.
- If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are only available for size or defective products.
- Refunds are not provided; only exchanges or store credits will be issued for eligible cases.
